"Refund took way too long"
I mean, I actually liked the item at first, but I ended up needing to return it, the whole refund process was just kind of a hassle. It took way longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up more than once, which was annoying. Support was polite and all, but they didn’t really give me a clear idea of when I’d actually get my money back. It wasn’t, like, the worst experience ever or anything, but for the price, I really expected the service to be smoother.

"I felt caught off guard by the final price"
I thought I had a clear idea of what I was going to pay, but then extra costs popped up at checkout. That was frustrating for me because I don’t like feeling like I’m being surprised right when I’m ready to buy. I wish the full price had been shown upfront.

"Looks great, but I expected it to last longer"
I bought a chair from Rove Concepts it looked really nice when it first arrived. The design is stylish and it fit well with my space, so I was happy at first. But after a few months, the fabric started showing wear, and now one of the legs feels a bit loose. For the price, I expected better durability. It’s a good-looking piece, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again unless the quality improves.
"Warranty support didn’t really help"
I tried getting help with a warranty issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. I kept expecting some kind of clear next step, but it just felt like I was being passed around. The product itself isn’t even the main problem at this point, it’s more the support process. Anyway, I’m still waiting on a real solution, so overall it’s been frustrating.

"Looks nice, but not very comfortable"
The couch looks good in my living room, but it’s a lot harder than I expected. After sitting on it for a while, my back starts to hurt. I also reached out with a question and was hoping for a faster response, so that was a bit frustrating too.

"I had checked a few other sites first..."
I had checked a few other sites first, but everything seemed to be on backorder with vague delivery dates. Rove actually had the table I wanted in stock, which was a nice surprise. The ordering process was easy too. I guess if you’re not in a rush, waiting around might be fine, but in my case I just wanted to get it ordered without the back-and-forth, so this worked out really well.

"Not what I thought I was ordering"
I ordered a chair from Rove Concepts it didn’t really match what was shown or described on the site. The color looked like a warm beige online, but in person it’s much more grey. The fabric also feels cheaper than I expected based on the product page. The size was fine and shipping went smoothly, but I’m annoyed that the description and photos weren’t clearer. I feel like I would’ve made a different choice if the product info had been more accurate.

"Packaging was a letdown"
The item itself is fine, but the packaging from Rove Concepts wasn’t great. Box showed up rough, with one corner nearly open.
Inside, there just wasn’t enough padding, so a few small parts were loose and rubbing around. Nothing major broke, but for the price, I expected way better. Annoying

"Surprisingly fast shipping"
I ordered a chair from Rove Concepts and, shockingly, it actually showed up sooner than I expected. Tracking was easy to follow, and the delivery itself went smoothly. I’m only knocking off one star because the delivery window was a little vague, because apparently “sometime today” is still a thing. Overall though, the shipping speed was solid...

I had to reschedule twice, which was a bit frustrating, but the delivery did show up in the end. I just wish the timing had been clearer from the start.

In my experience, the item showed up with a small dent, which was a bit disappointing at first. That said, customer support got back to me quickly and helped sort it out without much hassle.

"Looks nice, but the quality didn’t hold up"
I bought a chair from Rove Concepts because it looked really nice online, it did look good when it first arrived. But after using it for a bit, the quality started showing. The fabric is already getting loose and the legs feel kind of wobbly, which is disappointing for something at this price point.
What makes it more frustrating is that the policies seem to leave just enough loopholes for them to avoid really standing behind the product once you notice issues. It feels like you’re paying for the fancy photos and branding more than actual durability. I expected way better and probably wouldn’t buy furniture from them again...

"White glove delivery was disappointing"
I paid extra for white glove delivery, but it didn’t feel worth it. The team seemed rushed, and they left boxes all over the place (which kind of defeats the purpose). I was expecting a smoother, more helpful experience.

"Still Waiting for Them to Actually Fix It"
I had a problem with my order from roveconcepts.com, and the whole process felt like getting passed from one person to the next without anyone really taking ownership. The replies took a while, and the “solution” they offered didn’t actually solve the issue. Reading between the lines, it felt like once the order was paid for, I wasn’t much of a priority anymore.

"Looks nice, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered this chair and, it does look good in the room. That said, the craftsmanship feels a little hit or miss. The stitching is uneven in a few spots, and one of the legs had a small rough patch on it. It’s not bad enough that I want to deal with returning it, especially since I never fully trust customer service to make that process easy, but for the price I was expecting something a little more polished.
